How a seasonal inquiry works
- Tell us about you and your boat. Name, contact details, LOA and the season you are interested in.
- The dock office reviews availability. If available, you get a quote for the slip that fits, with the agreement terms.
- Sign the agreement. You will receive your assignment just before you arrive.

Summer slips, winter dockage, and year-round liveaboard inquiries start with the dock office. Tell us about your vessel and we will talk through availability.

Annual agreements & payment
The seasonal contracts are completed each year in Dockwa. After receiving the contract by email, simply review the terms, authorize payment and sign the Agreement.
Insurance requirements
A current certificate must include $1 million liability plus pollution and salvage insurance, naming Go Outdoors Constitution, LLC and the Massachusetts Port Authority as Additional Insured.
Living aboard
Your vessel must have a fully functioning bathroom with a shower and a toilet. Ask the dock office for the liveaboard guidelines before applying. Winter slip assignments are first come, first served.
Parking & gate access
Parking access is for boat owners while aboard. Update your parking application when your information changes. Paid parking is available next door.

The marina remains open through winter. Pump-outs run Mondays and Fridays from October 31 to May 1. Register early for a winter assignment.
